Have been going there for over 20 years. Everyone is so nice and personable. Salon is big and very clean. Never had a problem with my nails. I highly recommend this salon.

Terribleeeee.... I Walk in, ask for eyebrows, no clients, two people sitting talking and told me that I have to wait long.... really? The owner must not know what is going on there ....will never go there again

I love Rainbow Nails, I've been a customer for more than 5 years and I always been taking care of .The staff is great! Great service!

I've visited this nail salon on 3 separate occasions and I will never go again. On the first visit both my daughter and I got pedicures and it was absolutely horrifying. The woman did our pedicures did not clean properly. I had to tell her numerous times that she was flipping too much around my toenails. She would not listen and my toe was bleeding. She said sorry but that wasn't good enough. The second time I went, my daughter wanted her nails cut. The woman cut her nails and filed them unevenly and charged $15. I tried one more time after that I went in and I told the woman the that sits in the first seat that I wanted pink and white solar. She told me she was busy and had an appointment. I said ok, I lol sit and wait and she said sorry I can't. There were only 2 customers in the salon. I asked if someone else could do it and she said no they have appointments. I said ok can I make an appointment for today or tomorrow and she said we're busy we can't. This was a few months ago and I said I would never go back. But today I decided to go back because I wanted a gel polish change (takes about 15-20 mins). I again went with my daughter and when I walked in the woman asked can I help you . I said I would like a polish change and she said I'm busy with my appointment and so is the ther woman. I said it's just a polish change so I can wait. She said no I can't it's going to take a while. The woman and her husband are getting pedicures. I said ok what time do you close. She said 7. I said ok. I can wait for you to finish the pedicures. She said I don't have time because the pedicures take a while. I said mam it's 5:38 and she said I'm busy. I was livid and left and went down the street. They took me with no problems. I told the nail technician what happened and she told me that the nail salon only is uppity and services a certain type of clientele and ethnicity. So because I'm a certain ethnicity and have tattoos, I didn't get serviced. Shame on them!!!

Amazing experience. Took their time with my horrible feet. No rushing, no uncomfortable feeling. Was treated like a regular customer. Women were very sweet and accommodating to me and my eight month old. Got a pedi and eyebrow wax. Will return for a manicure.
