Poor customer service , no professionalism once customer let them know they’ve messed up and need to fix a toe nail. OLDER Kim is horrible and doesn’t know how to present an idea employee . She’s very passive aggressive. I was called evil and she thought I was going to pay $45 for these displayed below . I didn’t due to a horrible job and poor customer service .

Need a tracking system in place for appointments vs. walk ins, there is always a confusion of who is next, which is very annoying.

I am always waiting patiently and always get skipped and before you know it its been 3hrs. Communication is terrible.
