I have been here several times and usually have good experience but I came on June 30th and got my nails done because the next day we were leaving on Vaction.I got a new set using the glow in the dark powder in ombre coffin shape. They looked great. But one week later 2 nails had just popped off and a 3rd was coming off. Never in my life I had this happen. They were coming up from the back and just falling off. So I go back to the place thinking they would just fix them however Tracy argued with me about what happened. I stated nothing major had happened I hadn't hit them on anything or I hadn't picked at them. Then another worker had came up and was like did you get into a fight I was like no they just came off and Tracy was like no she was either picking them off or she hit them on something and I was like no I didn't. So she fixes them and then turns around and charges me to fix them. I loved this place until this incident. I will be finding a new place to go now.

Went there after bad experience with another local shop. Great customer service, They did exactly what I Wanted. They talk to you and listen. Atmosphere is very comfortable.

They do nails well for the most part, but most of the time they rush and will talk about you in their language if you have a question or ask for something to be improved. The older man who usually asks what services you need is nice sometimes, but has a really smart and sarcastic manner of speaking to customers. Tracy is funny, but she will talk about you too, lol. (She is the only one you’ll want to do your eyebrows.) The minimum charge for cards is now $10. (I say “now” because previously it was not like that). Overall, other employees just do what they are told.
Michael’s down the street from this place has nicer people who will do quality work!
Go there at least once and form your own opinion. You may have a different experience than most of us on this thread.
