Over charged me $5 after I was already paying $35 for a full gel set. Said it was because I got color.. why would I pay $35 to get my nails done and not want them painted? Then charged my niece an extra $5 to do her coffin nails which came out looking square still. Cut me 3 times and cut her twice. This place was absolutely horrible.

The best place to get A pedicure I am on my feet all day the girls that work there are very good at making me feel right at home. The detail they take in doing nails is amazing . I’ve seen some of the artwork on some of the nails of the customers incredible .

I am appalled by this statement they made last night to me. I go in and wait more than thirty minutes for someone to actually get to me when no one was ever busy, the woman was constantly on her phone (walking out multiple occasions to try to talk to someone while I was getting my nails done).
I showed her a design, said she could do it and I come out with crooked, unconnected square nails completely opposite of the long coffin with a kindergartner design of a flower on it, THE SAME AS THE SIX YEAR OLD BESIDE ME WHOSE MOTHER PAID MORE FOR.
Besides that, the service was appalling, everyone looked like they hated their job, I was never spoken to the entire time I had been in the chair, repeatedly hurt me because she wasn’t paying attention to what she was grinding, cut my acrylics with dog toenail clippers and when she asked me to pay which I was so not willing to, proceeded to tell me no refunds. If I did something like that, I would be out of business and with all the other horrible reviews I’m surprised she’s still running the business.

I have gone to this nail salon for years. Best pedicure. The polish lasts forever...until you want it gone. Nina has done my daughter's nails since she was 3 and treats us like family. Other than wait times, I honestly can't understand the bad reviews.
