Came into the salon had to wait for a nail tech to arrive which was fine, today was obviously payday for the employees. Nail tech that was suppose to do my manicure came in went to her station, got her check out of her desk, looks at me after being told I was here for a manicure, walks out gets into her car. I walk out of the door her husband/boyfriend blows for me to come back, I go inside the same tech doesn’t ask how short I want my nails cut down to, cuts them to below my finger tips. No I’m sorry just a smirk and continues to cut. Then FaceTime calls her family while cutting my nails!!! Very bad customer service. No nail was cut the same length

Terrible experience. I waited over 50 minutes for someone to do my nails. I arrived at 6:10 pm .Diva Nails closes at 7 pm. Several nail techs began leaving at 6:30. At 6:55 pm when it seemed that the only person who was available to do my nails was ready, he called someone over who got there 20 minutes after I did. I immediately left and told them that I would not be back.

Ok, so I really wanted to like this place! I truly did. The people were cool, the prices were affordable, why not right? Well these photos are from an hour after receiving service. My biggest issue is that when I tried to express my concerns to the guy who seemed to be in charge, he basically shrugged me off! Had he given me the time of day, it could've saved the business from yet another bad review but... 1 star because I can't go any lower. So disappointed. Then again, I guess you get what you pay for!!

I came to get my nails (full set) done Friday 1/19/18. The nail tech I had name was Toria. She works Friday and Saturday if I recall from her phone conversations. I normaly dont leave bad reviews, but I dont want any one to experiece what I did. It took 1 hour and 45 min for her to complete my full set. Reason being she was on the phone talking to her bestfriend majority of the time, stopping to check food menues, ordering food, talking to other customers and not paying attention to my nails (burned me 6x when filing my nails). I've never experienced such basic and rude customer service from Diva Nails. Not to mention my coffin nails cost $50 and I was told $30 over the phone by Patrice prior to coming. I wanted to get a pedicure done as well, but after sitting with Toria, I only wanted to leave. I DO NOT recommend her to anyone.
