I love my nail tech Michael... he always have my nails right!!!! He is hands down the best. Been coming to him for about 8 yrs. Whatever location he's at that's where I will be.

It took TWO AND A HALF HOURS just to get my acrylics taken off and to do a basic manicure with just clear polish!!!!! My nails soaked for an hour and a half and but they were sooooo busy dealing with other people that they kept forgetting about me. They kept trying to get me to do gel or something else but I did not want that. I wanted my nails short but they kept them long because that is what they "like". I just cut my nails shorter when I got home. And also the tools they use to cut cuticles and everything they just clean off they don't use new ones like the usual nail salons I go to. I am NEVER coming back here!!!!
