I am thrilled with my color and cut! I have an amazing color/stylist in my home state (WI). Because of my work travel schedule, I couldn't get my hair done at home. After reading reviews, I decided to schedule appointment with Melissa at Studio Branca. She did an amazing job!!! She was able to take all of the brassiness/gold out of my hair and update my color. I absolutely love it and I highly recommend her and this salon! Thank you for taking such good care of me and my hair!!! My hair has not looked healthier! Highly recommend

The atmosphere is amazing yet the customer service and experience was less than what I was accustomed to and expected. Upon arrival, three employees walked right past me without so much as an acknowledgement. The elderly Caucasian woman who walked in minutes agree me was greeted before I was.
One of the ladies who walked by without speaking was actually the person assigned to provide my facial. When it was all said and done, the pores in my chin were yet clogged when I returned home...very disappointing.
I remember receiving exceptional service in 2008/2009. That was not my recent experience. Time to find a new place.

Bailey is a complete professional! She did my hair and two weeks later did my daughters hair and treated us both with the same great customer service! We both loved the outcome. Thanks Bailey!

Okay, to start, Studio Branca's receptionists have always been on point. Super courteous over the phone, and very complimentary from start to finish.
Next, I hope hairdresser Nick S. sticks around for a long time. I am super insecure about getting my hair cut or colored, but he emphatically listens while patiently offering adjectives to help you put into words exactly what it is you hope your result will be. To be honest, on my first visit the color wasn't all the way 100% what I visualized (No knock to his skill, his method is impeccable, I'm just a very picky person to a fault.) He encouraged me to wear it for a day or so and then come back in for a complimentary alteration. Once we got a grasp of what it was that I wasn't feeling with the color placement, he took charge and made it absolutely Perfect. So Pretty! It's more gorgeous and thoughtfully done than I could have ever asked for. I'm so happy! I appreciate that the model of Studio Branca is you have to feel great about the end result, and they really stand behind that and deliver. Thanks Nick!

Love my stylist!! Everyone there seems very friendly and customer centered. It is very pricy though ( at least for my budget) but since I don't get my hair cut that frequently it is a nice treat for myself:)
