I am very pleased with my first visit to this place. I am a pedicure snob, hands down. The pedicure was honestly the best I've had in years. I get pedicures for the relaxation, and the pretty feet is a bonus for me. I got the royal spa pedicure. The leg and foot massage was long and done well. I usually get sad when that part ends so quickly, but this time I was fully satisfied. Also, my toe nails are perfectly polished. The polish goes all the way up to the cuticle, so it won't look grown out as fast. My heels are also pretty and soft. The only drawback I found was the chair I sat in did not massage well. It could have just been that particular chair.
PS - I noticed they received a 💯 on their health rating on 1/28/18.

This place is so wonderful! They are kind and attentive and such perfectionists about what they do, so the work lasts longer than other salons I've been too. They're also very sweet to my little girls when we come in. I would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a nail place to regularly visit!

Have been a couple times for a mani-pedi but now won't be back. Waited nearly an hour for a simple manicure and saw at least two people who arrived after me get service while I waited. I was acknowledged at arrival but then never again. I ended up walking out. It's a shame--great location and open Sundays, but they seem to have trouble staffing appropriately, managing a waiting queue, or informing customers of wait times.

This was my first and last visit to Nail Tek. I had a pedicure and SNS manicure. The pedicure was average, mostly because they changed techs three times during and used old, splotchy polish. They became extremely busy shortly after I arrived, and instead of working quickly to get people out, they just worked a little at a time on each person before switching to someone new. Basically, everything ended up taking twice as long as it should have. Then I had the WORST manicure of my life. The nail tech was really nice, but she never stopped messing with my cuticles. She clipped, buffed, filed, and sanded them down until they were gone. Then she kept going until ALL OF MY FINGERS WERE BLEEDING. I know I probably should have asked her to stop at some point during that, but there was a bit of a language barrier I just kept hoping she would quit so I could leave. She never said anything to me about all of the blood, and it didn't seem to deter her from continuing to file or spraying alcohol on my open wounds. My fingers hurt so bad that I couldn't even wash my hair for a week afterwards.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. The good reviews will throw you off. I came in and was informed there were only 2 nail techs who knew how to do a fill-in when I saw 5 women who were doing fill-ins/full sets as people were walking in. Strike 1. They then assigned me an individual who seemed illiterate in how to do nails, he could not shape or file my nails correctly nor did they match. Took him 1.5 hours to fill in & file The quality of work is poor and I would never recommend this place— to anyone! I was so unsatisfied I left before he could even finish. If I could give them 0 Stars , I positively would.
