I've come here many times and had really great experiences. One time I came for a visit to get a pedicure service. I was wearing a skirt. I had shorts on under the skirt, but still didn't want everyone to know my 'business'. I had been rushing around to get ready for an event and simply didn't have the time to change before arriving. The technician performing my service brought over a clean towel to drape across my lap. What seems like such a small gesture is really something that made me really think 'wow' she did this to keep me modest and it really helped me to relax more and enjoy my visit. Subtle things like that are what keep people coming back again and again. Typically, only experienced technicians think of those little extra things. Another time I came they took a special request of mine that was something not every technician could do. The girl who originally was doing my nails asked another girl if she new how to do a certain style of nails. She could have said 'we don't do that' and simply did another nail service on my. I have a lot of respect for her admitting she couldn't do it, and turning me over to someone else who could. She may have lost a service to her but she did the right thing and my nails looked great for vacation! The one and only downfall was one time I asked for a flower design on my pedicure. I've seen technicians use a tool to create designs with nail polish. She said she could do it, then painted 6 Little dots together to form a very simple 'flower'. It was not what I expected. I told her she could take it off if she wanted to charge $10 for 6 Little dots. I was a little disappointed with that but I don't expect perfection which is why I still gave 5 stars. This location is very convenient for me and always seems clean. Everyone that works here is usually very chatty and inviting. I'll definitely continue to return.

I have been going here now for 3 years and every one of the technicians are great and do great work. I highly recommend Pinkiescoat

Not esthetically pleasing on the inside. Very nice staff. Some things looked slightly dirty like the arm rest but they appeared to be sterilizing everything properly so that is what matters. They also offered mimosas and wine for free.

I loved my experience! I got gel acrylics and the girl spent a lot of time and effort on them. Some people may complain about how long they can take but honestly quality is better than quickness! My nails only took about a little over an hour but they feel sturdy and the coffin shape is perfect.

This was the worst full set I've ever received! My nails bled due to the technician digging into my skin trying to remove excess acrylic and it took her well over 1 hour and 45 minutes to give me square nails when I clearly asked for coffin! The nails could have been painted much better and the technician had a very nasty attitude. I asked if they gave student discounts and she replied with the smart remark "$40 is a discount." even after I received NO discount for my finger that SHE made bleed and left a scar on. She also did my nails while blood dripped from my finger and she did not clean her area properly or dispose of the tools that were used after she was finished. I would NOT recommend going here; very unprofessional, unsanitary and the quality of nails is extremely poor!
