At the time I needed to go, this place had the best reviews in the immediate area. They were quick to get me started and were quite thorough with their work, which was nice. We were having a conversation, that I could understand, and the atmosphere was relaxing. My manicure was a simple design and she had trouble making a straight line or a French tip without repainting. Unfortunately, not only was I clipped multiple times on my fingers but I bled horribly from one of my toes. By the next day it didn't look very pretty. I don't know why but she said "she didn't see it". That's the worst I've ever been cut in a salon. 5 days in I'm still keeping an eye on it. I had to go home and rinse multiple times with hydrogen peroxide, and do an Epsom salt soak to clean it up and keep it from getting infected. My event was the night after getting my nails done, but my polish didn't even make it 4 days. I just wanted my feet cleaned up, no polish, so they gave me clear, and a French tip manicure with a blue line. I still ended up paying $35, and I'll probably end up taking it off tomorrow since it's chipped. Not going again.

Went there for two months... On a Saturday they were short staff..... how convenient. Waited 30 minutes then soaked nails for 40.. acetone wasn’t even strong enough, poor quality product, poor quality nail powder also because I had 5 broken nails in a week.. I’m done now. I left with my nails mostly still on! Going somewhere else.

I just moved here per military reason. I told the tech I normally get a basic pink acrylic powder and clear nail polish. She pulled out white powder. I told her that, I wanted pink. She did my nails and when I came back from washing my hands. I asked her how much and she said $35. I said "for what?" I don't have gel nails or gel nail polish. She said she used "gel powder." But that's not what I asked for. So then she said she would just charge me $30. The owner or shop manager didn't speak with me directly even when he saw/heard a problem. The tech should have told me before putting the gel powder on my nails, that it was gel. Needless to say, I didn't have a great experience. This is horrible customer service. This was the 1st nail shop that I've been in since moving to Hinesville. But I will never go back to this one. I paid $30 for some "ok" nails and NO COLOR.

This is the best place in town, they really care about your nails and will do exactly what you want! Very fair price as well.

Great nail place for nails but for eyebrows for me is a no thank you she asked me
If I wanted to keep the thickness and I said yes and now they are fairly thin not fairly, but I am now gonna have to grow them back to the thickness they were and all that but the shape is good if you like thin eyebrows then go for it... but I still would recommend this place to any of my friends for nails, people are nice maybe a little quiet the gentlemen I had was very gentle and nice just not a talker, my friend got a very nice woman and she was very sweet (I don't know any names but yeah my actual review is 4 1/2 stars in my wording but three for the sake of my eyebrows as it took me a while to grow them hope this helps and don't take it to harshly as I did enjoy my nails. They are really well made.
