I had powder dipping there once and loved it. Went back a second time and the girl (Tara) kept having to file the topcoat down and reapply as she said it was not drying. My nails were lumpy and I had the chemicals on my cuticles and the side of my nails (on the skin). My nails were so sore and when I complained they wanted to redo the topcoat ... more filing down on my sore nail beds -- no thank you! The owner Michael never returned my calls to complain and would not do anything till I came back in to the salon. When I did he looked at my nails for 0 seconds and says they look fine. I went to another salon three weeks later and they asked who did my nails as there are literally dips in my nails from all the filing, dips in my nailbed, not in the polish!!!! They said there should by no means be that much filing when doing dipping... guess that there was an issue after all DeSpa!

I got my first pedicure here by Mom or Boo as they call her and it was amazing my toes look wonderful!!! It was not expensive at all. I paid $32.00 for a basic pedi and upgraded my polish then left a well deserved $5 tip totaling $37. I recommend giving this place a chance all the staff were friendly, as well as, other customers. I'll definitely visit again!

Nice waiting area, updated, clean. Went for Brazilian wax and full leg wax. What should've taken about an hour took over 2 hours. Wax room had dirty tray with eyelash extensions all over it pushed off to the side. Waxing bench covered in small squares of paper towel. Exam lamp was not covered in plastic so there's no telling how many germs from other customers were on it. Tech made comment over how hairy European women are even though I made sure that my hair was only half inch long. I'm not a hairy beast of a woman either, mind you. She wouldn't pull the strips of wax off fast and hesitated. Didn't get all the hair either and then started plucking with a tweezers. At one point the wax got way too hot but she kept on trying to put it on me before it had a chance to cool down enough. She tried 2 different kinds of wax and the second she tore off in tiny pieces because she didn't apply it thick enough. Acted nervous about the Brazilian and said she wasn't brave enough to try it herself. Appeared uncomfortable about working on my private areas. She kept speaking her native language so I couldn't understand what she was saying and going in and out of the room to get this and that and talk to the other people working there. By the end of the ordeal I felt like a hairy European who'd been given the first Brazilian this tech had ever done on anyone. I was charged a whopping $145. They need to take Brazilian waxes off their menu of services. I won't go back to this place to be waxed again.

This is the second time I've been this Summer, and I have not been disappointed! I have been able to get gel nail polish and an eyebrow wax for $30! That is unheard of! They always do a really great job and it always looks great when I leave. They're very easy to work with and easy to get in with or without an appointment. They are very clean and very helpful. I would recommend to anyone.
