Great haircut. Great overall experience. Great ambiance. A bit pricey but probably comparable for other place in the area.

Nice decor and a store puppy! Good consultation and haircut. Typical prices for the area. I have long hair, and it was $90. I wish the cut had more style. However, the stylist is not a mind reader, and I am unhelpful during the consultations. This was my first time here. I only get my hair cut once every 12 - 18 months, and am clueless about styles. The place I use to go to closed or moved, and the stylist there knew what I liked (or I just liked whatever he decided to do).

Love Bloom! This "lounge" is wonderful. Everyone seems to be on point. I met with Sal last week and although I could not get the treatment I wanted due to the damage currently on my ends, I appreciate the fact that I was told that. So instead I got a haircut with Gigi, who is an absolutely awesome! She took her time with my biracial hair and I got a really great cut on my head right now. Gigi, is very informative and won't steer you wrong. Talk about travel and your time will fly by. Clarissa & Claire are great as well. And Ceasar, well he's just adorable. The aura at bloom is comfortable, friendly and warm. Thank guys for making me so comfortable with such an antsy issue, my hair, LOL. I will be back! :)

My hair needed some serious help in both the color and cut department. Needless to say, Bloom Beauty Lounge came to the rescue like no other! Everyone, from the front desk receptionist to the shampooers to the stylists are so friendly, warm and talented and make you feel right at home. Christina gave me an amazing single process color and balayage highlights and Preston's cut is one of the best I've ever gotten--ask for both of them! They're both so easy-going and professional, and will put you at ease from the minute you meet them! As a born and bred New Yorker, I can tell you: it's not easy to find an amazing salon in NYC. Beauty Lounge really impressed me on so many levels and hits the mark on all aspects--I've found my new salon that I've spent two years searching for!
