I would strongly never recommend this place to even my worst enemy. I was given their best hair dresser (they claimed) Diana who gave me the wrong hair color and burnt my scalp. They promised to fix my color giving me a another appointment. Seeing my burnt scalp I was terrified to go back. I called the next day to speak to the owner Frank who was extremely rude when I mentioned how unorofessional they were. They not only refused to return my money but also called back and canceled my appointment with a voice mail saying that Diana who had done my hair had left their salon. They completely screwed me over. I am surprised this place has not been shut down yet !!!

Best salon out there. Meghan is my hairdresser and do3s a faboulous job. She is the best at doing my foils, hair ext3nsions and cut. I strongly recommend Meghan.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff provide an excellent experience. Consistently great hair cuts every time that are topped off with the straight edge shave, which are rare to find anywhere else.

Dear reeva, there is no way you can get burnt from a color. ( There was no bleach used in your single color process, that is impossible) they did give you multiple appointments and you no called no showed (it was either 2 or 3 appointments) It has been about 2 months since so obviously they are going to charge you with all the regrowth. You didn't specify what you wanted from Diana and you never stated you wanted to be blonde . How dare you try to ruin the reputation of a great hairdresser and a great salon. Shame on you ! You are just mad cuz you wanted a freebie and didn't get it, it would have been fixed (for free) if you showed up for your appointments or called to cancel instead you wasted a two hour window not once but twice, a real woman would call and cancel and not waste someone else's time. I love designer hair company and the whole staff, They would never do something like that .
