Might be a little biased since this is my families business, but I just wanted to say that my parents do the best that they can with only having themselves and one other worker. They are the most hardworking people I know and they try their best to make their customers happy. I have seen first hand how horrible they are treated by costumers and it is absolutely disgusting. Just because they are not fluent in English does not give people the right to make fun of them. It's just rude. Yes, I agree some people do have to wait a long time, but that's why you have to make an appointment and keep in mind that there are only 3 workers.
I also have gone to the other nail salons with my friends and they are nowhere compared to Magic Nails. I ended up getting fungus from one of the nail salons. To conclude, they do a great job.

Growing up in this town magic nails has always been with out hesitation the only place I’ll going to get my nails/eyebrows done. Although there may be a wait (even for me, someone very close to the family) I always come out extremely pleased with the product. This family is consistently keeping up with their training and always working to better them selves as a salon, attending workshops often to keep up with nail trends. They may not have the most workers in town but they have the most quality and that’s what I prefer.

Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional. They do a great job and are very affordable. I'll definitely be going back and would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Poor service... me and my mom went here today and they only have 3 people working there. They never look happy and very rude. They not social with their customers. The prices are crazy. So me and my mom was waiting there for like 30 minutes and the lady had to soak my moms nails and this lady came in asking when is she able to get her nails and feet done and they said 3 but the women who was doing my moms nails ditched her to do the womens toes and my mom waited for almost an hour soaking her damn nails. My mom wanted to get it done already because she was hungry and was shaking and so my mom got mad and got up and said we just gonna leave and they told us that we gotta pay them $5... for what ? Sitting? Soaking my moms nails?... unbelievable. My mom told them she not giving him $5 because there was no work done anyways. And he got loud and told us to never ever come back there again.! I prefer you guys to go to wiwi or somewhere else because there's better customer service then magic nails. This places business needs to go down asap! No point of it.
