Got a pedicure and full set for $60. Nails were a little crooked I figured no big deal. 3 days later nails seemed loose. 3 days following a nail pops off (while folding a cover) .. Next day another 2 nails. I figured I'd go in & get them fixed well it was a Sunday they were closed so I went to a different salon and the tech said she'd charge me for a full set being 3 nails were off and the other 7 were poorly done. Therefore she suggested I go get my $ back. Long story short owner insisted that I caused this by normal wear and tear and that I was due for a "fill in" although he was charging me a "discount" price of $35. After I already have originally paid $35 for the set. What discount? They aren't fair people and did a poor job and didn't own it. Never will go back or recommend.

Have been tho Castleton Nails many times over the past 10 years for manicures and pedicures.... regular and gels. They have always done a great job... very friendly people too.

I decided to take my friend Lindy here for her first pedicure ever. She's 28 and heard horrible stories of nail salons so it took some convincing to get her to go. They cut both of out toes during the process and she was not happy with how rough they were with her. 4 to 6 weeks later the first signs of fungus arose for both of us. I feel absolutely horrible because she's getting married soon and now she has to change her shoes because half her nail has fallen off. I went in to discuss a refund with them and what else they can do because treatment is pricey.... And she treated me like a liar and like I didn't actually have fungus. I am absolutely mind blown. She yelled at me for getting nail fungus from her store!!!! I'm getting ahold of the health department!
