Disappointing experience. Sad how much his place has declined in quality. Went in for a manicure as I have been doing since this place was Trevi Nails. Nail tech rushed everything. Entire appointment was under 5 minutes; not even long enough to include a 10 minute massage, which I usually also buy. She filed so fast that I have burns under my nails. Will not come back to Ivy Nails. Do not recommend. F-

This was my first visit to this nail salon. I have followed my pedicure person to every nail salon she works in, yes she is that good, by far this is the best salon she has been in. Simply beautiful decor. Owners seem a little nasty and unwelcoming but everyone else was pleasant with warm smiles. EVERYONE NEEDS TO BE GREETED AND WELCOMED WHEN THEY SPEND THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY AT YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS. IT FELT LIKE I WAS NOT WANTED. STARES STARES AND MORE STARES. OWNERS NEED TO REMEMBER WORD OF MOUTH SELLS YOUR BUSINESS. YOU WOULD HAVE GOTTEN 5 STARS IF THE OWNERS WERE NICE.

not at all worth the lower prices. my manicurist didn't know what she was doing. made my cuticles bleed and left a lot of rough skin on my heels. not city quality at all. I should have left when I heard the price.

There are so many nail salons than to come here. The owner is extremely rude to not only her customers but to her employees. Additionally, I received a gel manicure that lasted 3 days before chipping that was $7 more than other salons close by. When I came in to have it fixed, the owner yelled at me and argued with me and told me “I had to have done something for it to chip so much”. I said I type at work but that is it. She argued with me for 5 minutes that I picked up boxes?? I said no. She told me they would fix it- but that I was going to be charged. I told her she lost my business. Also- A coworker of mine told me that she got an infection here too on her thumb from unsanitized tools. There are so many nail salons in the area that provide a better level of customer service at better prices with more reputable results than this one- be weary.

Salon was clean and all staffs were nice. Mercy who did mine knew how to deal with damage nail. I strongly recommend.
