Worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. They messed up my nails the first time I went but thought I’d give them another chance I went back to get a fill and get them shortened a little. The woman who did mine asked if the nail length for JUST my right pinky nail was okay and I said yes. She didn’t compare them I walked out with some really short nails and some really long. I liked my right hand but was too short on my left. They said they’d have to shorten my right hand to match when I wanted them longer and was trying to charge me extra to take the left nails off and redo them which they messed up. The woman I had was trying to say it was my fault she cut them too short because “I let them grow out too long” which has nothing to do with how she cut them because others were longer. She was being rude saying that she was doing me a favor. I don’t understand how giving me super short nails when I asked for short but a little longer than my real nails is doing me a favor. She refused to fix my nails and she was also saying I had to come back in a week to get them filled again and I told her I wasn’t coming back in a week because I wouldn’t have the money, but even if I did I wouldn’t go back there and it doesn’t give them a reason to mess up my nails that I have to pay for. So I ended up spending $30 on something I didn’t want because they refused to fix them unless I paid extra and only got them like a few cm longer than my real nails. If I knew they were going to mess up a fill and a length change that bad I wouldn’t have went I literally could’ve done them myself for half of what I paid for and they would’ve looked better. Needless to say I am never coming back here again.

I like how the woman here does my brows but I think that's the only thing I'll come here for now. If you want a quick mani/pedi this is your place. They will rotate you out of there quick but they will rush you and sometimes the quality of the mani/pedi is lacking- especially for the price. The last time I had the gel removed the woman literally peeled it off my nail. She was like "Oh dont worry, I won't hurt you"... Well it did hurt, it destroyed my nails! Any qualified nail salon worth their weight in salt knows that you don't peel off gel polish. She was just too lazy and wanted to get me out of there as fast as possible.

Always in a rush to do your nails they never take their time and the one girl messed up my eyebrows because she was in a hurry . Then she wouldn’t take responsibility for it smh I will not go back for any services !!

I asked for gel fill in, was told i needed full set, i agreed. The tech used a fake nail and started ripping the old gel off, breaking three of my real nails! During the process i again stated i wanted gel, only to later find out I he put acrylics powder on my nails. I called back to complain and explain what happened only for them to not understand what i was saying and then say “I put gel powder” I’m confused, to my understanding gel is in a bottle not POWDER! So now i have paid for a service I did not ask for and i have to take them off and start over!! I will never go there again!
