One of the worst pedicures and customer service I’ve received in Burleson. They were pretty busy when I came in which was fine, so I waited about 10 minutes in the pedicure chair, but then two women who came in after me started their pedicure before mine and I had to wait 10 more minutes and was never offered a drink like the other women that came in after me. At this point I was pretty irritated, but desperately needed a pedicure before the weekend. I picked the basic pedicure and feel like the staff wasn’t happy with my selection although it’s only $5-$15 less than the other options. It came with a sugar scrub, cooling mask, and massage. When it came time for the sugar scrub the nail tech basically slapped the sugar scrub on me without rubbing it in, then rinsed me off, did the same with the cooling mask (while timers were being used for the women beside me) and she did the same with the lotion, slapped it on without rubbing it in or giving me a massage and rinsed me off. By the time she was ready to paint my nails I had sugar scrub, lotion, and cooling mask caked onto my feet she had to do an extra rinse. My pedicure lasted about 10/15 minutes. I basically waited longer than the actual pedicure and was treated poorly based on my “level” of pedicure I picked. I was a paying customer, and always looking for a good salon. This would have been a great one to be a regular at as it’s convenient to my home. I will not be going again, and would not reccomend to anyone. I may not have select a “higher level” pedicure but still should have received proper care and customer service

Friendly people, workmanship not all that great. Only went here because my normal nail salon was closed. Had to come home and shorten my nails more. My finger tips are sore from her filing on the sides so hard. Frozen margarita was good.

This place is amazing! They take wonderful care and are always on top of needs! Definitely going there again

I have gone to this salon multiple times and have always been satisfied with the services provided. They are very reasonably priced, and the employees are always friendly and caring. I took my mother, who is diabetic and has to be extremely careful with getting pedicures. They took extra precaution to ensure that her pedicure was safe and relaxing for her.

First time going to a actual nail salon and that did amazing😇❤😇 I would really like to see these ppl with negative comments do better they work hard to make you look good appreciate them I know I do.
