This was the most amazing experience. I had the most amazing thorough pedicure ever. I have had many pedicures in various states this was the best overall experience. Five (5) star service. A perfect 10 in my book. Thank you ladies!

Let me start by clarifying that the only reason I am giving a second star is because I have been a repeat customer here because they give amazing pedicures.
Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning after my experience yesterday. This salon does not do acrylics. I normally wear acrylics and get them done elsewhere. However, I noticed the last time I was in that they started offering the dip powder manicures. Many of my friends have tried this (at other salons) and have enjoyed it. I recently took off my acrylics and wanted something different. I called ahead of time and asked how much a dip powder manicure would be. I was told $45. I went in, picked my color of dip powder and they began work. Now, this was my first dip powder experience, so I didn’t quite know what it should look like.
Well, after over an hour, the powder was on and my manicurist proceeded to tell me that if I wanted the dip powder color on top of what she already did it would be an additional $25...I immediately questioned this because there is a sign on the shelf of various colors of dip powders reading “dip powder now $45.” I had to fight this point for 10 minutes before they sorted it out and agreed not to charge me the additional $25.
She finished up after another hour (yes, this took 2 hours) and I have to say, I was totally unimpressed and really disappointed. My nails look terrible. They’re lumpy, super thick, and the color is streaky. My nails have never looked worse and now I’m worried about the damage because she didn’t use anything but a regular nail file on my real nail (no buffer).
I paid, tipped her 20% of $45 and left almost in tears. A couple hours later I get a call from them telling me they accidentally only charged me $35, not $45. I asked how that was my fault and they said I should have known they undercharged me. I was so upset about how bad my nails looked, that I did not even notice, I just signed, tipped, and left. I asked what they wanted me to do and they said I needed to return to the salon so they could run my card for the additional $10. I said no way. My nails look horrible and I am not going to return on my own time because they messed up the charge. I was promptly hung up on after saying I would not be returning to pay the difference. The manicurist received her tip based on a $45 total, so I do not feel she was shorted.
I will upload pictures of my nails. They’re short, square, and light pink for those who wish to see what this looks like.
Overall, I am torn. I love the pedicures here, but after my experience yesterday, I do not know if it’s worth returning. Please be aware that if you want any type of manicure here, it is not their specialty. I am now trying to figure out who can fix my nails while my regular nail tech is on vacation. So frustrating.

I went in with my gel nails looking terrible and left with perfect neon orange dipped nails. Sophia is amazing, I will be going back! Thank you for taking your time and making them so lovely.

The dip powder manicure took a bit of time but I love how it turned out. My favorite part, though, was the pedicure. So relaxing and the technician was really nice and caring. Will definitely be coming back

I have had my nails done twice here now. Each time I had a different person do my nails and both did wonderful jobs. Staff is very friendly and they have punch cards for your visits! I get the dipping gel mani which always lasts longer than shellac. So happy I found my new nail salon!
