I love this place! Great place to get your nails done at. It doesn’t have that strong nail smell. Ask for Jimmy he’s my favorite.

I did gel nail extension. They didn’t remove my cuticle and it looks like there’s a hole between my cuticles and where the nail polish begins. The extensions weren’t bad, but with the nail polish it looks too tick and artificial. Customer service wasn’t great either.

I tried to talk to my nail gal but she pretended not to speak English. Literally ignored me! But when I went to leave she spoke English to me(after the tip)No one was friendly. I know they were talking about a gal in there because my girl would say something and they would all look at customer and then my gal would laugh? What does that mean? She skipped the top coat. I realized after I was done that she didn't apply it . I was also not asked to wash my hands after she prepped them before the Polish.I'm always told to wash my hands everywhere else I go. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Normally it takes 45 at fancy nails because they pay attention to detail and they give an awesome hand massage when they're done. My gal barely applied any lotion let alone a hand massage. I still Left a good tip. I'll never go back. But at least they accept walk-ins

I am not one to write reviews, but wow this was such a horrible experience. I asked for the shape to be refined two times, and was met with, "Okay! Okay! Enough with it!" I now paid $50 (with tip) for nails that aren't shaped well, chipped in less than 24 hours, and are coming off 6 days later and additionally have a scab on my finger from them filing into my cuticle. I am only writing this in warning to anybody thinking of going here.
