I went once a few months back and loved the place. on Saturday may 26 I came down from north carolina just to go there because I liked it so much. this time it was different. my husband and I had to wait hrs, my pedicure water got cold. i had a basic manicure done and an hr or so after we left my polish was already cracked and peeling. now, 4 days later my nails look horrible. I got a basic manicure and pedicure without gel polish and they charged me $60. not happy at all with this place.

Staff not friendly. Took 3 different employees to do a basic pedi. Overcharged when leaving and of course since it was a card took days to get my refund. Will not return.

Just gotten a gel manicure and it's already popping off! The guy kept complaining over and over even to the girls that worked there. I usually go to the one on church street by Wal-Mart. They are more focused on what the customer wants.

Prices for pedicures manicures are reasonable. I went with a friend and found that the person who did my friend's pedicure was more detail oriented and spent considerably more time providing the same services on her that I received. They did a good job with demonstrating that hygiene matters because they use disposable liners in their pedicure spas. Will used the massage chairs for the entire pedicure and my back hurt the next day from how hard it rubbed me. It may have only been the chair I was in, but be careful with the massage chair if you choose to go here.

Experience was horrible staff not friendly at all. In the service I received which was my nails were not to my liking at all. Especially when the tech tried to trick me into putting acrylic on my nails when I planly asked for power. smh will never come bk again. Went elsewhere to have my nails fixed.
