PROCEED WITH CAUTION:
The customer service of the owner is appalling! My sister bought me a gift certificate Dec 19th as an Xmas gift. Due to recent unfortunate events (a car crashing through their store) they are very low and mostly out of product. I waited a couple weeks to redeem. Went in and they literally have no mascara, no eyeliner and basically none of the product I had purchased before. My sister went back in today politely requesting a refund. The owner not only abrasively refused but insisted that at some point I would need hair product. (Which I don't use their product nor should be forced to). The owner informed it will still be months before they get new product in. My sister informed the owner that I ended up with a baby from CPS and really don't wear makeup at this point anyways. Owner still declined. I called the owner to speak with her and mentioned her customer service. She immediately became combative and told me I was "Rude". When I told her I was appalled at the way she spoke she then put words in my mouth denying she ever said anything. When I mentioned the baby, she said and I quote "you're not wanting your money back because I don't have the product, you're wanting it back because you "need" it. Wow! First off, I'm a business owner myself, I don't "need" the money. Second as a business professional I would never speak to a client this way even if I didn't agree with the way they were speaking to me. 3rd. My business speaks for itself and I'm not in a position to where I need to harbor $100 from a customer when I can't provide the product or services the certificate was intended for. Lastly...the final remark once the baby was brought up was "so should I just sit here and listen to you whine and cry about your life?!" Again, just wow! I will never step foot into this store. Business owners like this are disgraceful to those who actually take pride and appreciate their customers. No thanks!

The woman running the store, Elizabeth, was fantastic! She was very informative and listened to my entire hair crisis! She made the process of choosing my extensions go easier. Overall it was a great experience, and Adagio will now be my go to beauty supply!

The costumer service is great! The girls who work at the store are very knowledgeable about all the products they carry & Christine is so helpful. I will definitely be going back soon

Elizabeth has a lot of product knowledge, helpful and nice. Store is always clean and stocked up. Very satisfied with service and products.

I love this store! High end products, and every one there is so nice & friendly. Definitely coming back
