My pedicure was great and the young girl who did it was very sweet, attentive, and thorough. I would give her personally 5 stars.
That being said, I got a full set of nails done. I requested gel, but was given acrylic which wasn't to big an issue until they tried to charge me for gel. The lady who did it rushed through and left huge bubbles in the nails. I figured I'd go back for a file down and fill, see a different person, and hope for a better experience. That is not what I got. Instead, the service was extremely rushed again, the fill didn't line up with my natural nails at all and I left with bleeding cuticles. I assume due to it being over my skin, the fill started peeling up off my nails after only 2 days. I will not be returning.

I Love coming to Modern Nails they're the only place that makes my nails last as long as a month. Tee & his wife are the best!! I just Love the way he does my nails. They always treat me & my family with hospitality. I've been going to Modern Nails for 5 yrs now!!!

Seemed as if I was the guinea pig for the day. Initially there was a young boy starting on my pedicure service who looked no older than 15. He seemed very unsure of what he was doing or just not interested. They eventually sent him to the back and a young girl took his place. She seemed more sure of herself but was obviously not as experienced and as the older lady and gentleman that were guiding her. I chose this place because of its convenient location but I’d gladly travel the 15-20min to my old nail salon for expert professional services.
After closely observing my nails once I got home, I realized how horrible they looked. One of the older ladies did my gel pedicure so I wrongfully assumed I was finally in good hands. Two of my toe nails were uneven in length and on majority of them the polish does not have the smooth, clean lines near the cuticle and on the sides.
Will not be returning.

I went there about a month ago for a fill in with gel polish and there was a new guy there who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. He had to remove and redo my polish 3 times and I ended up not being able to get the color wanted. To add to that, my cuticles were cut over and over again from the nail tech using the drill over and over to remove my polish. A service that should have taken about 35 minutes took almost 2 hours. I asked for an astringent or alcohol because my cuticles were sore and bleeding, my request was ignored and I didn’t have time to argue because I had to go to work. I went back two days later because my cuticles were still cut up and sore, I was yelled at and spoken to very unprofessionally. Nobody ever offered a solution to my discomfort but they took my money without hesitation! They are unprofessional, unsanitary and they lack customer service! I will never go back and I would never recommend them to anyone! State board will be hearing about this experience, as a licensed manicurist and hairstylist I would have never treated a client the way they treated me!

I have been getting my nails and pedicures done by Tee and his team for 10 years! They always do an outstanding job! Always greeted with a smile, a hello, and outstanding service! Lee does eyelashes as well!! Great prices!! Thanks Tee!!
