We have been doing business with Pro Nails going on 4 years now and find them very professional and a delight to work with. We were quite impressed upon visiting the Salon to find the southwest location very professionally run with customers having a good time socializing with the staff. The disposable bag pedicure stations are very inviting and promote a safe and clean environment. We give it an A-plus rating and recommend them highly!

I had my nails done here and asked for #3 and didn't get the service they described on the menu. Also when they painted my nails with the non-gel, they didn't wait for them to dry before putting on another coat. I waited over an hour after having them painted before I left. I went back to have them take off the color 20 min after I left because 3 nails had already been messed up because the paint still wasn't dry. When I told them the reason the guy told me to use a different color. Explaining that a different color would dry faster.
