The stylists here are very slow. I usually take around three hours to get my hair done but here I took two more hours. I came back for another stylist and she also took two more hours.

My review is for Lita at the Downtown/Main St location, not really the salon itself. She is amazing! So sweet and fun, but she actually listens to what I'm thinking and wanting and helps me get it. I got more compliments after my last cut and color with her than I've ever gotten before! And my hair feels amazing. So much healthier. The best color and cut for me. I know I look good, so I feel good. That's what's important. No trying to upswell services or products I don't need, just recommending what will really help me to get what I want out of my hair. I'm so glad that I randomly got set up with her my first visit. Originally at the salon at 122nd and Rockwell (that place has no soul and is so depressing; Warwick was much better), she's now downtown on Main St and that salon seems to have more personality (but that's not saying much). Anyway, she's great and I'd follow her anywhere for these results.

Steven did a fantastic job! He gave the best hair wash I've had in a long time plus a hand massage while my conditioner set in. He explained everything he wa going to do and made sure the length was fine (I have long hair). The staff was very friendly and I will definitely return!

Kasie Peak is my gal! However when I needed a random appointment and she isn't there, every other person there has been fantastic. I also like their tea they serve! I also love Aveda products. I don't have to worry about having allergies or reaction to their products.
