Lamour Nails is very professional, prompt, clean and friendly. I do the healthy dip nails from Jessie, the owner. She's a perfectionist and listens to my requests. I recommended her to my family and friends! I've been going here for a few years now....totally worth it! I love my nails and they last!

My pedicure experience is amazing. My lady Yen took care of me made me feel relaxed and not rushed. That Volcano Spa treatment is worth doing it all over again. Thank you.
But on the other hand... getting my manicure was rushed. My nails were sloppy and too boxed nails. You can see thru my nails and see the polish was sloppy. I had to fix them myself when I got to my room.
Hit or miss at this place.

It is fascinating that this nail salon is still in business. If I explained in detail what my experience has been here I don’t think you’d believe it, so I’ll just use afew descriptive words….
Rude, bossy, unorganized, inept, condescending, arrogant, rushed and unable to understand what a customer wants, even when you show them pictures. They charge way too much for really bad work. Their new “manager” Michael is one of the cockiest men I’ve met. I left another nail salon where he was working because of his attitude only to find that he transferred to Lamour for more money. He has no customer service skills. That, coupled with everything I described above will sadly, run this salon into the ground. Do not go to Lamour Nails if you expect a good job, great service and to be pampered. None of these will happen, and if you experience what I did, they will drive you to tears.
I left Lamour and promptly went to another local nail salon who kindly and graciously (and for less money) fixed the mess of my nails made by Lamour Nails. I am so grateful.

They always do an amazing pedicure. I recently started getting my nails and waxing done there also. I have never left disappointed. Same with my daughter.
UPDATE: We still go here for our nails. This place has improved a lot since changing owners. They do a fantastic pedi.
UPDATE 2: Added an update another year later. Still getting the best nails and pedicures!

Never been so pampered in my life!! I LOVE this salon and all the ladies! Clean, friendly and so kind to my nails! I drive out of my way to get to this place and would recommend it to everyone! Jessie and yen are my favorite! 🥰
