i showed a picture of what i wanted and it came out to look nothing like it i was too nice to ask for a refund never going back again after i’ve been going for 3 years now this is the first time they have messed my nails up this bad!

I got a dip manicure 2 days later they looked cracked. But I notified them and they fixed them completely free of charge.
