Great experiences with the Versa spa spray tanning. Love the membership price that they offer for it even more! Also, the blonde front desk girl is always super friendly and accommodating. Love this location!

I always have the best experience at South Beach Tanning Company! The staff is incredibly warm and helpful. Jennifer is one of the main staff members that I interact with when I visit. She is so sweet, and goes the extra mile to make my tanning experience a great one. I get spray tans, and she has even offered me her personal umbrella when it was raining outside so that I don't get my spray tan ruined. That's what I call customer service! Thank you South Beach Tanning Company for exceptional service! I definitely recommend South Beach if you are looking for a high quality tanning service!

I don't normally write reviews, in fact this may be the 2nd review I have ever written in my life! I decided to write it as I was looking for the South Beach Tanning phone number to call in to make an appointment for a spray tan (as I recently had to cancel my tanning account because I am pregnant) and came across what I believe to be a very inaccurate review from a client about Jennifer. Jennifer is the main reason I have kept my loyalty to this particular South Beach Tanning location especially given the AC not working since August and the transition from the old owner to the new one - which I can't wait to happen as I am sure many other customers can't wait either... A tanning salon with no functioning AC since August is no fun!!! Anyway, this 5-star review is for Jennifer more so than this branch given the recent conditions.... She is extremely professional, welcoming, friendly, knows every single person by their name, and is one of the more personable people I have ever met! I always tanned at night, many times very close to store closing and she treated me as if I was her first customer that day, big smile and pleasant conversation! I have joked with her in the past that she should actually really be working in the hospitality industry!!! Customer in Miami for over 3 years and customer of this branch since December 2016. Looking forward to coming back soon!

I would just like to say a few things to South Beach about the Winter Garden location. I have been a customer of South Beach for just about the past year. I work in the Winter Garden village currently, and it is very convenient to stop in and tan right after work. I also have the option to tan right next to my house, however I continue to choose South Beach. I have been a Store Manager in both big box and small box retailers, as well as a District Manager, during the course of my career. I know firsthand people are quick to complain about the bad... but don't really recognize the good.
With that being said, I would like to recognize one of the ladies in this location. Jennifer has been the driving force behind my loyalty to South Beach. Whenever I walk in, she has a big smile and greets me by name... which I am sure she has many customers, so that makes me very feel special. She asks me how my day is going, and I feel like she genuinely cares. I am sure South Beach wants their employees selling items in addition to the tanning services... the way she up-sells is a way that is personalized to me. I don't feel pressured to buy, it is more like she is a friend trying to help me... which that makes me want to buy from her even more than if she were a pushy sales person. She asks questions to what I am looking for, and recommends products that fit my specific needs. I started off with the basic monthly package as well, and would still be at that tier if it wasn't for her recommendation of going to a level 3 package. I am so much happier with my tan now! I hope you give recognition to your star employees, because this one sure as heck deserves it. Thank you South Beach for training your employees on understanding exactly what a customer is looking for.

Hi! First this is only getting 5 stars because of Ashley. SHE IS AMAZING. I have never had a bad experience at your salons! All of the locations have been great and treated me very well. I also used to be an employee at the Lee Vista location. I know how much of a high standard South Beach has. I have a year all access pass, for all levels and sunless. I did have an extremely bad experience last week at the Winter Garden location. First a compliment to Ashley. She is amazing. She always welcomes me and has a conversation. She remembers my name and has my bed ready as I walk in. You are very lucky to have her as a South Beach employee. Now I have been tanning at this location since January. Jenn, doesn't know my name, always acts like I'm a bother when I come in, and tends to have a lot of eye rolling whenever I talk to her. She's extremely rude and not very kind. While I've been waiting in the front for a few minutes, she'll walk up and say sorry I was watching Netflix in the back...I'm sorry but you're at work. DO YOUR JOB. Which I know from experience, isn't very hard! Last week is where I had my last straw with Jenn. You guys close at 10:00. At Lee Vista, we were told we do not lock the doors until 10:01. Jenn ran up and locked the door in my face at 9:48! That's absurd. Any client shouldn't be treated this way. I no longer tan with Jenn there. If she is there, I just drive out to Dr. Phillips instead. I wanted to bring this to corporates attention. They should not have Jenn working for their brand. It gives them a bad name. To end on a positive, Ashley is a great sales associate, any location would be lucky to have her. She is the ideal South Beach Tanning Company Employee.
