My work schedule forces me to be a regular walk in. So without an appt, I was still taken right away for an acrylic fill. I was out in less than an hour even though I need the acrylic to be thick (I work hard labor outdoors).
The girl that did my nails did not give me the hot towel nor a hand massage which I thought all of the techs do. Apparently not. I definitely give Hanna 5 stars, but she was off today.

Had a 1230 appointment yesterday for gel color mani and lavender spa pedi. My appointment said gel fill when I checked in si I informed the front desk "it's ok"
Wait 20 minutes before I even get taken.
Girl comes over says "spa pedicure" I say yes.
Pedicure was good
Go to gel color manicure and she over files with electric file after sitting with soak off.
Asks questions I can't understand (not language quiet) and I realize after she's asking it I have had tips (I haven't in 20 years)
Polish is terrible. Bubbly, many coats (yes it's light color but prior I had very light blue and only 2 coats)
Chipped already. Asked for short and they are uneven and look like a child's nails.
Get to check out and I get charged 60 vs 50 for pedicure. They did the "collagen " vs lavender and it was 10 dollars more. I asked why when I booked and it said lavender and their response was "sorry sometimes they don't ask and just do that one"
So now not only do I have to go to a new place to get this redone I spent more money because they are shady AND I was 20 minutes behind.
I also watched them share a foot grater without it being sanitized. While this could be how it is at other places at least they pretend.
Don't do it....I'm sorry I did.

First time coming to this salon and it was absolutely amazing, the establishment is very nice and clean and since it’s pretty big I did not have to deal with an overbearing smell of acetone and nail polish(which can sometimes be nauseating lol). Anyways, everyone there is very friendly! I forget the name of the woman who did my pedicure but she was great! I had an appointment with Logan for my nails and he was so patient with me and his work is fabulous, exactly how I wanted , exceeded my expectations.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. I was over the moon when I found Nails Tech in Howell Plaza. This is one of the only salon that you could get service from ANYONE and they will do a superb job! Thank you so much Tony & Logan for my beautiful nails!

I have been using Nail Tech for 8 yrs. I love that’s it’s clean and I don’t wait long. Today Lisa took care of me. She was amazing! I have never had such a great pedicure! The Best ever, actually today I made a s appointment as I was leaving, I never do that .
