I am so extremely disappointed in this company. We have lived in our home for almost a year so far. Everything passed with flying colors in our initial inspection apparently, but since we moved in we have went without heat for an entire winter, repaired our water heater and air conditioner several times, found an active water leak under our kitchen sink along with rotted wood that the previous owners covered up with new wood instead of fixing, outlet plates hot glued to the wall with the screws glued in as well, incorrectly wired electric work, and now I'm finding out we have a sinking foundation and leaks in our roof that the previous owners covered up with paint and trim to disguise. I have had to replace our entire electrical panel - that "passed" inspections mind you - because the wiring was completely wrong. The electrical company I had come in said the panel should have NEVER passed because it was deemed unsafe. We were steps away from it catching fire to be exact. Frames around our brand new windows show the paint peeling off revealing rotted wood beneath. We have termite damage found under our painted walls and in the attic. I am absolutely livid with this company. How can you pass all this and then say because we signed we agreed to the condition of the house??? We were entrusting you to let us know what was unsafe and wrong before we bought the house. Now we are stuck with this mess, this money sinkhole, when we could have found a much better option for our new family. I will continue warding people off from this company any chance I get. You guys are awful, you don't even look or do your jobs correctly or you are not trained to know what is wrong - who knows. You don't even deserve to have "American Pride" in your name. You should be ashamed the effect you are having on honest working families.

Roger Holman took 2 hrs to inspect 2000sq ft older home and gave a false report. Ie., all burners on stove work....nope! Report says vent hood works...nope, it isn't even vented! Plumbing works....nope!! It did after $4,000 repair that I had to pay! Property is mouse infested but no mention of the insulation n duct work being chewed up. He said A/C worked.....nope, not even any coolant in it!!! To top it off, his warranty company is worthless!!! Won't reimburse anything and sends out subpar repair companies. Run away from this Inspector and his company.

DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They missed a gigantic gas leak. It was so bad that after we bought the house we had to replace all the lines. I filed a claim with their warranty department and it took them 5 months to send me a check for $425. IT COST US $2800!! I have emailed them 4 times since wondering how they came up with this figure with no reply. AGAIN, DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE.
