Service was horrible. Rough with pedicures and manicures. Guy I got hated everyone and everything and seemed to take it out on my feet. I’ve never been more uncomfortable in my life. Skip it

The woman giving me a pedicure was rough and sloppy which resulted in an infection that sent me to the podiatrist. Would not recommend even though the location is convenient.

How is this place open? Awful experience. My daughter and I went to for a mani pedi this morning, worst pedicure of my life. We were one of the first clients to sit. My 9 year old got a nice woman and did a decent job however I got a woman by the name Daisy. She seemed very agitated. Extremely agressive with all the tools. Finally came time to polish. My gel pedicure looks awful. My 9 year old paints my nails better. Daisy kept having to redo and then preceeded to use her sharp finger nails obsessively to scrap around every toe nail. To the point of cuts. I’ve never in my life experienced such a thing. I had to just stop her and walked out- couldn’t even proceed with my nails. Daisy then gave me the ticket which came to 80 dollars. Child’s Mani/pedi and a pedicure - 80$? Whatever I thought I just needed to get out of there. She then proceeds to stand over me and she told me how much to tip! What?! I directly drove to another nail salon. I will never again return and we live in the village. I would rather drive 40 minutes then to step foot in that establishment.

I will never go back even though it's really convenient. My usual nail place is being renovated and it's been over 2 weeks and I needed my dip gel polish removed and re-done. So I called a few local places to see if 1- they did this service and 2- the price.
Call here said they did it and that dip gel was $30. Ok great. I come in staff was friendly. I had my manicure done with what i believe was the owner. He was nice enough. The gel removal took much longer than usual and they used a machine file!? So the manicure was long too but went ok besides the over filing which was a little painful.
So time to pay. He tells me $45! I was SHOCKED. I told him I spoke to him earlier and he said $30 long story short he said it was lost in translation he thought i was talking about regular gel.. Yeah right. Then when confronted he said there's an old polish removal fee!??
I never heard of this unless you have acrylics. I left furious.
3 days later the polish has CRACKED. This type of manicure usually lasts until I decided to remove it!
I am just going to wait until I can get in with my usual place because I am afraid they will damage my nails removing the broken gel.
