This place was terrible. I asked for coffin nails and the girl failed to execute what I wanted. Not just on me but on my cousin as well. The owner fixed it but also complained that they needed to go home. I paid for my nails already so the least you can do is fix it without an attitude. Let me also add that the nail tech who messed up my nails spent half the time on her phone texting.i understand you have a life outside of doing nails. But I spent 3 minutes sitting waiting for her to be done. I was very nice and held my composure until the owner came out the way she did. Needless to say I left unsatisfied and will never take my business there again

Horrible service and takes a long time to do a filiing. They don’t know how to do coffin shape. I came here to try it because my mother in law recommended this place. I’m sticking to my own nail place organic nail spa on 57th street and 5th ave.

This place isn’t good... I have never got a gel manicure last more than an hour. It was not relaxing at all I couldn’t stop checking my phone to go home. The buffer and file fell out of her hand a million times because she wasn’t paying attention looking at her phone didn’t apply oil to the cuticles. Used a stick applied cotton to it pushed off all my skin with it and cleaned all the gunk under my nails when she was done she removed the cotton and put the stick right back in her draw
You get what you Pay for this place is horrible

Pros: Inexpensive; usually well staffed; owner is very polite & friendly; walk-ins welcomed
Cons: Good luck explaining "thin" gel-painted acrylic tips (even with photos) because here they only come one way - very thick, wide, and classically fanned out.
Did you want your eyebrow waxing to include all the little hairs at end of & in between your brows? Good luck convincing them to do it. Quick, undefined shaping wax underneath and occasionally on top, then a quick plucking, then "ok, all done!"
Also, one tech (^^) is ALWAYS checking her phone while working on your nails, and will sometimes get up without saying anything for a walk-in's wax or smudged polish fix.
Truthfully, you get what you pay for.

Great inexpensive place you get your nails done. They take their time with you and it lasts.
