The ladies at Nail Tip are the best. Love this place so much. They are extremely sweet ladies and are so creative. I will not go anywhere else.

I went for the first time last week...and fell in love. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment and didn't have to wait. Major thing for me. My nails have never looked so natural or the color stay on like this. I also had my eyebrows waxed...Sarah did them perfect..I was amazed. Not to mention, SUPER afforable. Sarah totally rocks! Will be my place from now on!

I am here visiting family for my nephew's graduation. When I went into this this establishment, the lady didn't acknowledged me. I told her what I needed and asked how long the wait would be, she still hadn't acknowledged me and she did not look up when she began speaking with an attitude she said "I don't know how long the wait will be, we would have to squeeze you in, in between appointments". I said thanks and I left. Before I left the parking lot I decided to call the next closest nail salon, thinking because it's graduation weekend I may run into a similar situation, minus the attitude. My experience between the two salons were like night and day and the salon I actually ended up going to was a real nail spa and not some hole in the wall, like Nail Tip. So thank you Nail Tip for such rude service, I know exactly where NOT to go when I am visiting family in Jacksonville, FL. If I could give this place zero stars I would!
