BEWARE THIS SHOP IS MONEY HUNGRY!!
Nothing about this place is close to perfect. My elderly mother went to get a fill in and was charged $80 bucks! For a fill in?? This is in South Plainfield NJ not NYC. This should not happen , they took complete advantage of her and wasn't told in advance that she would be charged that prior to the service being performed. The owner then had the audacity to let her know that she wasn't being charged for 2 ring finger nail designs that consisted of a few crystals. Are you serious? They should be ashamed of themselves. During this time they should be seeking to rebuilt their clientele not rip people off. Very Disappointed.

I went there with my 14 year daughter she asked to get a full set of acrylic and she also had a picture of what design she wanted which was the coffin shape and mid length nails. The lady immediately told my daughter that she shouldn’t do that length that her nails were too short for that length so my daughter told her this is the length she normally gets that’s what she wanted. The lady grabbed my daughters hand and yanked it and in a demanding voice told her “ do you want tour nails to break by tomorrow” meanwhile I had stepped away to shop rite next door to do some food shopping while she was getting her nails done. Next she proceeded to cut her nails even shorter and when my daughter saw how short they were again she told her that they were too short that’s not what she wanted and she just proceeded to add the acrylic when she was done with the acrylic my daughter called me up crying to pick her up ASAP.. I got there 15 minutes later and her nails by that time were completely off because my daughter decided not to continue since the lady was so rude to her.. she even made her nails bleed from when she was removing the Acrylic and tips. My daughter told me she was angry and doing it fast.. and GUESS what? She needed charging my daughter $25 for the removal of the nails she didn’t want for them the first place ... I almost lost it with this lady!!! I swear this place is the worse place EVER!!!!! Plz Never go here !!!

I am very disappointed with the service. I walk in and I ask the guy I wanted a full set the guy said that everyone was busy so to sit down I say down and I’m waiting for a long time. I finally get called and she asked me if I have ever had a full set before and I said yes, I had pulled out a picture of the nails I wanted and she said that my nails were to short so she’s going to have to cut them down a little more than the previous photo and I said that’s fine. She went to put the tips on first of all she glued them down cricked and I was a little skeptical but then, she proceed to cut them she had cut them down so short I asked her I’ve gotten my nails done before and that they were never that short she yanked my hand and told me in a very demanding tone “do you want you nails to fall off” as a customer that’s my choice and my money I’m spending if I decided to do that but she wanted the nails her way and during the nail session I was very displeased with the shape, some of the nails were different sizes then others and I told her to take them off. I was willing to pay the amount to take them off and she charged me 25 when on the wall to take off the acrylics it was 10. So goes to show that they like to manipulate, and take advantage of people and their money. Especially the younger crowd, if you don’t like your nails or your nail tech speak up or you will get robbed. I’m never going there ever again
