I've been going there for a little over a year. I have allowed Lisa to my nails (once and that is enough). She is rough and does not take her time. However, I thoroughly enjoy the time and effort that LANA takes to do both my Mani and pedi. When she is not available, I tend to walk out and come back another time. As long as she is at the shop, I will continue to be a customer.

If I could rate this 0 I would . The only thing saving this place is the 2 men that does good nails . LISA THE STORE OWNER IS HORRIBLE SERVICE ! She literally cuts and scraps up my nails everytime I allow to do them . One time she left in the middle of doing my nails to go upstairs ( because she lives upstairs from the shop ) got dressed up ( put on a dress and heels ) and left the store with her man that was waiting for her . SHE DID NOT PUT POLISH OR GEL ON MY NAILS THAT I PAID FOR . I had to wait for one of the men who was doing someone else’s nails to finish and to just quickly put gel on my nails . I do not like her . I do not recommend any one getting there nails done by her only the men . She also cannot do eyebrows , eyelashes or toes

They are horrible when I went there I told them to stop the drilling thingy and they didn't and then my finger began to bleed worst experience ever💀💀💀

Nasty service they rush your nails and do a horrible job. I paid $27 for a pedicure and the polish came off when I got home and showered. My cuticle was not cleaned up properly.
