Rude. Worst customer service I have ever received in a nail salon. Nail polish blobbed on and never dried so I had to return to get it fixed and they blamed me. I wore the disposable flip flops all the way home, dried the polish with a hairdryer and still wet-the polish was just too thick. But bad customer service certainly did not make the situation better. They don’t seem to know that the customer is always right, even when they really ARE right.

I love this place. It's very relaxing and they typically do a really nice job. Majority of the staff are very friendly. They tend to take their time which is great, unless you're in a hurry. Plan for at least an hour for a pedicure or manicure; longer for both.

I find the service to be wonderful. Everyone working there is very nice, and they start conversations with me, and ask me how I'm doing. I love this! They never fail to give my sister and I beautiful nails, either a regular manicure, acrylic sets, to pedicures. Thank you!!! I have recommended you to my friends.

Very hard workers here, but very disappointed with my only service I’ve received from them. DO NOT GET DIP HERE. I splurged on myself and got dip because it has always lasted so long for me. Less than a week after I got it done, my nails began chipping. I went back to get them fixed. A couple days later they start chipping and breaking again. Didn’t have time to get them removed until about a week and a half later. I come in and have them removed because they are awful. They charged me to get them removed which took a whole 5 minutes lol. They must be using some cheap knock-off version of dip powder and charging $45 anyway. Will not be coming back here.
