I have been going to Diva Nails for years. Lynda does my nails and always does a great job! For nail art, Vivian is amazing! I highly recommend!

I am editing my review instead of deleting because I have no problem admitting when I made too quick of a judgement. I was contacted via Facebook from the owner with an apology and an offer to redo my nails. I went in today and my nails look great, everyone was very friendly and I was even thanked for giving them another opportunity. I was only officially charged once for the service, the other charge is in pending and will come off Monday. I applaud the salon for making it right and treating me well while I was there, that customer service is rare these days.
I regret giving this place another try. I went a couple of years ago and ended up with an infection. I saw it was under new management and had a few different people tell me how great it was now, so I decided to try it again. My polish has jagged edges and one of my cuticles was bleeding. As if that wasn't bad enough, I was told my first card I used didn't go through (it's a PayPal card and I have been having trouble with it) so I gave them my debit card. As soon as I got to my car, I received my e mail receipt from PayPal showing that the transaction did go through. I went back inside and showed them the e mailed receipt and they still argued that it didn't go through. The lady I was dealing with was nice, but I didn't like leaving knowing I had been charged twice and would get a call tomorrow after she ran her reports. The people are very friendly but I am not at all impressed with my manicure, a rare treat that I gave myself for getting through another semester of school. What should have been a relaxing, pampering experience turned into more stress and made me get back to work late from my lunch break. I am really dissatisfied and will not be going back.

Agree with the poor ratings. They obviously aren't in the nail business primarily. My fill-in by Tina looks like Press On Nails. She treated me like "dumb American" the whole time. This is the second place in Indiana who refused to give receipt.

I have engagement pictures coming up and instead of going to my regular salon, I came here. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had to shape my nails myself, the lady got paint on my hands and had to peel it off pulling my skin. Not only am I incredibly upset, she had the nerve to try and charge me more than what it should have been. Now, I have to go out of my way to another salon to have them fix her mistake. If I could give a zero rating, I wouldn't hesitate.

I have been here so many times but will never go back. I was sitting out in car talking on the phone when I noticed a male worker outside at the front door. I thought he was trying to finish a cigarette before going in, but sadly that is not what was happening. I watched him pick his nose three times and each time wiping it on the brick column in front of the building. I quickly left and went next door to French Tips, but they ended up ripping me off and charging me for a service I didn't request. Is there any honest, clean, and professional place to actually get your nails done??!! I am beginning to wonder!
