Emily is great. She is very knowledgeable and kind. Listens to my ideas and adds her professional opinions. She has been doing my hair for two years and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

Called around 10:15am on a Saturday for an appointment at 11:15am for my 2 1/2 year old daughter, they say no problem. I requested a specific stylist but will spare the name. I show up and am told that "oh I shouldn't have taken your appointment since I have a color until Noon. Can you come back at Noon?" Walked out and will never return. Reminds me of the Seinfeld rental car episode. Anyone can just take a reservation, but you have to hooold the reservation.
