I love coming to nail season I’ve never had not one complaint. However, I understand due to the COVID-19 things are a little different, but what is the point of having people schedule appointments if people are still walking in and being seen before others? I set and appointment for 12 and I’ve waited an hour and a half to be seen but other people have walked in and have been seated before me.

Ann does my nails and they are always great. I have been as long as almost 2 months and never had one problem...except where they have grown out and that really wasn't a problem it was just a fact...❤❤❤❤❤❤
