Taste cafe is an incredible and unforgettable experience. Everyone who has been blessed to walk through those doors, once or twice in 15+ years. Has remembered the LOVELY family that has created this symphony of flavors. In a menu ALL locals KNOW and LOVE.
Everyone who has been,,
has that favorite dish, they cannot forget. Possibly 2 or 3. Taste and the incredible menu with the wonderful family that has only expanded on this memorable excellence over the years.

We enjoyed a wonderful Christmas meal here. Everyone had rave reviews. Lamb and salmon are always excellent! The soup is soooooo good always. We had artichoke soup this evening. You can’t go wrong with the bread pudding either! They are welcoming & friendly. They treat everyone like they could be Bill Murray or Clint Eastwood ;)

Bring a coat! The restaurant was colder than the parking lot. Everyone inside wore winter coats, except for the staff. Maybe they had acclimated?
The restroom smelled like a sewer- maybe an unintended side effect of the “no flushing toilet paper” policy tacked on the bathroom wall in laminated authority.
An uncertain server brought our table a small plate of bread and then disappeared. The bread was good! The highlight of the evening.
After 25 minutes of waiting for the slightest evidence that the restaurant staff indeed on serving us or even approaching wave-down distance from the table, we left a cash tip for the bread and went to a different restaurant.
Overall: this restaurant was a cold, hungry, empty episode of my life. If you decide to go - I hope you have a better experience. Let me know how the $19.00 burger tasted ($21.50 if you’re partial to cheese).

Last night we both ordered the divine salmon cooked in parchment paper, also filled with delicious vegetables, the very large piece of fresh wild salmon was so moist from being steamed in the parchment paper, then there was also a ramekin of beurre blanc to pour over everything. What a fantastic dish.it was so filling I had to pass on dessert. Tragic really.
