Nails were done nicely but tech said she needed to charge more for fill because my nails were too long? Would have left salon but just got pedicure. I hope this isn't a new rip off trend.

I got a pedicure and they don't look good. I should of done them myself...he didn't scrape my feet..they said I had to pay more for that ..no that's part of a pedicure..... I'm not happy

This visit was not only overpriced, but poorly executed. First of all, I arrived early for my appointment, and watched as they took walk ins before me. When asked about this, they told me someone would be with me shortly. Thirty minutes later, someone started my pedicure. I asked for gel, and did not get gel. During the manicure, which was not only rushed and I had to remind them several times to shape my nail, my nail tec stopped midpolish to run back and start another customer (who had just got there and was demanding service or she would leave) a pedicure. I then had to remind my tec to apply the matte top coat I asked for. Which she did rapidly...it's clumpy. She then tells me they look great after I asked her to fix it. I will NEVER go back here. My thumb nails gel polish chipped completely off and several other nails as well. Please save your money and time, they do not value nor respect their customers

First time coming here!, Tommy was great! I've never had anyone working with my hands without hurting me except him!, id recommend for sure!

The nail tech there was very rude..she did useless job, made my nails all look cross i claimed her they were cross.. she says my fingers are cross..She barely can see anything because she admitted she had poor sight.. and she was putting her opinion saying looks good looks good and so on.. I hated this place. Not really recommendable.
