Kelly is the best manicurist around. Polite, sweet, meticulous and very fast (important to me as im always crunched for time). Her manicures last longer than anyone I go to in Boston and the shop itself is very clean. Wish I could always come here. Plus they do chrome finish as an add on to gel which I can't find anywhere.

My nails look AMAZING and the man that did my nails was super sweet and made sure i liked the shape. I felt really bad for making him repeat himself so many times though. But I really am in love love with my nails. The only reason i didn’t give 5 stars is because it was a little overpriced.

So... my nails came out fine I have to say that, BUT I have never felt like I was such a nuisance in my life. From the moment I walked in with my friend, we were rushed around and we had barely had a chance to even look at the colors before they rushed us into our chairs. Once I was actually getting the manicure done I was told to “not move”, let me be clear, I’ve had plenty of manicures done in the past, I do not move around, and I’ve never been told to “NOT MOVE”. Half way through my manicure the gentleman that was doing my nails got up to tell someone else that he would do their manicure, as he was working on my nails he continued talking to her instead of me( you could tell she was a regular and CLEARLY far more important than me) then proceeded to rush through my manicure so he could make sure he was the one to do her French manicure. When he finished he didn’t even say ANYTHING, just got up and walked away and that was it. Like I said, my nails look good but I’m never game to pay anyone, for any service, if they can’t even treat you with respect.
Also side note, my friend while getting her nails done asked for color recommendations for the next time she comes in, and the women working on her nails must of assumed she was trying to change her color now, when my friend clearly said for next time, and the technician said “what?!” and proceeded to roll her eyes at her. The manicure was 27 dollars but I would rather go back to my 40 dollar manicure where they know my name and are polite.
