I went in midday on a weekday and was the only person in the salon when I arrived. I asked to have my gel nails removed and replaced. She shook her head and talked about how they shouldn't be so difficult to remove as she scraped, filed, and soaked. She kept mentioning the dip powder - how much easier it is to remove and how much nicer it is for my nails,... I decided to try the dip for the first time based on her recommendation. My nails turned out beautiful; however, the experience was less than desirable.
She filed WAY too hard on the sides of my nails leaving abrasions on 4 of my fingers. Two fingers were almost bleeding. My fingertips have never been sore from filing, but it took a full day for that to fade because she was so rough.
She didn't touch my cuticles at all. She just removed the gel and applied the dip. Although, I did get an arm massage while the gels soaked (but not hands).
I haven't' decided if I'm willing to give her another chance.

I have been coming here for the last 4 yrs and wouldn't think about going to another place!! The staff is so sweet and Mrs. Jeannie always remembers who I am when I walk in. Her daughter Tan is the absolute best nail tech I have ever been too!!!! She is so sweet and has never hurt me once, she is so down to earth and easy to talk to. Their salon is always clean when I go when and the pedicures are the BEST!! They are so gentle I would recommend this place to everyone in a heart beat!!!!!!!

Friendly service and staff! I've been going here regularly for 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else to get my nails done. They spend a good amount of time on each person and the included massage for pedicures is great.

I usually don’t write reviews. However, I need answers! Do they not service woman of color here, or was this only my experience? Walked in, & was greeted by the most nastiest stare, as the lady looked up from the nails of her ONE customer in the shop. I was shocked! I had to ask if she accepted walk ins. Rolling her eyes she answers, “yes.” She proceeded to ask me “what do you need.” After telling her I was in for a manicure, she told me to come back later. She couldn’t even complete the studdering sentence, blantly lying on how busy she was, when I politely stopped her, & told her to have a great day.

Salon was supposed to open at 9. I got up early before work and was there at 9. Waited until 930 and still nobody showed. Sign says open but the door is locked. You've just lost a customer, matter fact 2, because there was someone else waiting as well and they left also. If I could give 0 stars I would. Very poor service and a waste of time.
