About the only good thing about this place is I liked the nail polish colors they have. First off they weren't very inviting the one lady was actually quite rude. I got a full set of acrylics and she didn't put the acrylic on my whole finger nail. After only a week the one nail already popped off. They weren't exactly cheap either. I will never go there again.

12/7 walked in lady in very broken, "how can I help you" while I was still walking to sign in, said "how can I can help" I stated hello need for set of acrylic nails. She never looked up and "an hour wait" did not like her tone. So I stated will go some where else, never looked up continued with her client.
Just very rude environment.
Will never visit this establishment again!!!!

My hunt for a 'good' nail place ends. I think I found my favorite. This salon is very professional and polite. They are so beautiful and they stayed late to ensure perfection. This was the best experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I will definitely be going back. Call them for an appointment - you won't be disappointed!

Last time I was in there the lady with the short hair was incredibly rude to a group of girls getting their nails done for prom. Today I walk in I get no real greeting just the same jerk who goes “what you want” I say ummm I need a fill? She goes “you wait 45 minutes” no thanks I’ll not come back. You can’t be rude to your customers and expect them to want to come back. The only reason they got a star was because I couldn’t post this without that. But they got nothing.

Thanks to Becky, my nails look great all of the time! I am a bartender at a winery, and I have never had a problem with them lifting, chipping or breaking, even though my hands are always in water, and opening wine bottles. I am always getting compliments on them, even when I am due for a fill. I highly recommend HB Nails!
