I will go into any nail salon close by when I happen to have an hour free and this is the first for which I left a review. They were truly excellent. They were welcoming despite it's being close to closing time, and even offered to do my eyebrows, which I wanted done but didn't want to ask them to stay late. They did not rush through, and I walked out with a wonderful mani/pedi and 2 eyebrows not one.

My rate is on the staff alone. I didn’t receive any service from them so I can’t speak on if their good at nails or eyebrows. I went this morning to just try them out cause I was in the area. signs in the window flashing “Open” ,door was open, lights were on so I walked in only to be greeted my a older woman who’s first word to me was “NO” I was confused so I asked “no what.” And she again just replied with another “NO” I looked at my phone it read “9:42” so I asked “Are you open” she then said “NO” again 😑 so I ask “what time will you be open” (thinking if it’s just 15 min I could just wait in my car) this lady I kid you not said “NO” again!!!! At that point I was frustrated and just turned around and left. I went to my car looked up the place and online it says they open 9:30. So idk what the issue was. But horrible customer service.

I have gone to this salon several times. It's clean and the appearance of the business is nice but the service is terrible. The owner of the salon is very arrogant and is not friendly. This one guy did my pedicure twice and the entire time he was sniffing his nose and wiping it on his shirt. It was pretty nasty. I have asked to have my toenails cut short and it has never been done. I have had my eyebrows shaped there, several times, one of the women is very good, but the owner's wife has done them twice and I would rather have a shot than have her do them again. She is rough and does not care how they are shaped. The most recent trip there they had placed signs on the walls asking to tip in cash. I didn't have any cash on me and when I used my debit card and placed the tip on there I received a nasty glare. I'm not sure if they want cash so they don't have to claim all of their tips or if they run out of cash by retrieving the money out of their drawer to give to the employees. It also frustrates me that they speak Vietnamese in front of the customers, I feel it's rude and sometimes I think they are talking about the customers. I gave this place the benefit of the doubt by giving it several chances and because it was close to my home but I will not be going back.

I went to do my eye brows the lady mess up my eye brows I pleaded with them so someone can fix it because it is my birthday today and instead I was turned away the boss the accuse me of not wanting to pay even though I stood there asking for help I’m not from Florida I didn’t want to leave there looking the way I did but no choice just decided to accuse me of not wanting to pay and told never to come back horrible customer service rude and very hurtful, I never write reviews even when something goes wrong because I feel like things always go wrong but I felt so bad getting kicked out like that please don’t go here these people are terrible at they’re job and if you ask for something to be done if you’re unsatisfied they’ll just accuse you of being a liar I’m so sad this happen on my birthday

A bit pricey, but I love the mood changing gel polish and the job.
