The location is clean, bright and smells delightful. The staff are thorough, polite, professional and courteous. I appreciate the complimentary hot green tea, it sets a relaxing tone. Nail Spa 33 have a "loyalty card program". They also offer combo packages for manicures, pedicures and 10 minute(s) massages. If you us groupon, they also have groupon deals. Tip the staff they are nice.

The girl who did my nails was very nice, the old lady at the register was rude and obnoxious..

I've been here a few times and only one time did I have an issue with my gel manicure. I called and they fixed it for me which was the right thing to do. Sometimes this place can get busy and it seems like the mgr is all over the place and rushing. I would ask for Nellie or Angela if you do decide to go here...there good and they take there time!

Nail is not okay. The nail cutting is horrible. And the gel started to peel off on the tip the next day of the manicure. 😂 But be careful you will get a woman yelling at you if you just paid 10% tips. 🙄 Groupon gel tax is 3 dollar and regular gel tax is 2 dollar. It is only one dollar but sounds like a scam. Also regular gel is 35 dollar not as advertised 50 dollar on the Groupon. There is really minimum hand massage I got in the New York City. 😵 big no no to this nail spa.
