Very very rude. Called and was told no appointments today. Walk in only. I walked in at 6. They closed at 7. Was told they were closed. She I told her I called and know they are open til 7. She looked me up and down and then asked what I wanted. I stated dip. She then nudged over to her partner and said she can do it. I walked right out. Extremely rude unprofessional. Made this very uncomfortable around other customers. I will take my good money elsewhere. Shame on them.

We had the BEST experience for my daughter's bridal party. They accommodated all 11 of us. All getting different services. Great job on getting us all done and partially closing so we had that special feeling of a spa day! Thank you again Annie, Ray, Flower and the gang for making it a special day !

I had a 3:15 appointment to have one "1" nail repaired. The receptionist greeted me very nicely. She told me to wash my hands than to have a seat. The nail technician is almost done. At 3:40 I asked how much longer? The new receptionist replied, shes almost done. At 3:58 again I asked and I got the same reply,not much longer. AtI left at 4:10 I left!
Never got my one nail repaired.

This is My awesome nail salon. I've been coming here for yrs and have been nothing but happy happy happy.
My nail tech name is B. She does all sorts of different designs on my hands and I love her. I get all kind of Complements. Give her a try if you haven't already.

This place used to be hands down the best nail place in Sterling Heights but now it’s so bad. The staff are so rude and prices have increased by over 30% this year. They are probably the most expensive in town and for no good reason. The new staff is EXTREMELY rude and cleanliness has dropped greatly. If you go make sure you check the bill because they will randomly add $5 here and there. Avoid the girl with short hair and a girl named Windy. I’ve been giving them second chances for the past year and I’m just over it now.
