Professional, friendly and did a fantastic job. Anyone who does her hair as well as she does, has to be good. Very happy with my hair. Ask for Di. Awesome. 😸

So I was excited to get my hair done because I haven’t done it in a while. I decided to go to Ulta. I got there and had to wait a while because Candida was still busy with another client. I didn’t got bother much even if it was past my appointment time. Then I sat next to her other costumer which wasn’t done with. I told her the highlights that I wanted and the color and it’s the picture I attached. So mid process she stopped to continue with the previous costumer, which I found really unprofessional how she was doing both hair processes at the same time, after 30min she came back to continue with my highlights. She left them another 45 minutes (knowing the other highlights were already sitting for 30min).
So at the end she DAMAGE ALL MY HAIR. All my hair is chewy and is not even the color that we decided nor that I picked. I have patches in my hair where there’s no highlights. It’s horrible. Horrible work and organization. When I was seeing her breaking my hair with a brush I knew something was wrong. She asked for help to another person who decided to just change the brush and I said no.
I started crying. I was looking at my hair Ruined and chewy. They didn’t finish drying my hair and decided to call a manager. Which they wanted me to pay for the process and fix it when my hair is 100% damage. I decided not to and left the store crying with wet hair and damage hair.
(The uploaded pictures of my own hair is after I did a treatment on my hair, I couldn’t even brush it at all) NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. It’s the worst hair work I have ever had!!!

The sales lady was very helpful and knowledgeable about many of the products. Great place to go for makeup and advice.

Julie was incredibly kind and helpful! Everyone there had a great attitude and seemed happy to be there. I loved my most recent experience there. I left smiling.

The brow bar is so amazing! Awesome customer service, they map out your brows to fit the dimensions of your face. I got a wax and tint, I love Chrissy!
