Horrible Service! First, I called and stated that I had a gift card and needed to check the balance. I was told, "sure, please hold." I was on hold for literally 10 minutes. I hung up and called back, obviously frustrated at his point. I stated again that I had a gift card and needed to check the balance. The gift card has "the nail lounge on front" and states to "Contact merchant for account information and balance" on the back. I was told that there is no way for them to know the value of the card. So the friend who purchased this card has literally thrown away the value of the card (I'm told $60), and the Nail Bar could care less.
