My mom is a regular here and I always make sure to go with her whenever I am in town. They do a fantastic job. I never get anything fancy but they are able to do acrylics, gels, waxing, pedicures, etc. I always get a really long foot massage and they never try to upcharge you with the deluxe packages like other nail places. They are usually watching Netflix or something on TV and it's always an enjoyable and relaxing experience. They even have kids chairs for little girls that may want to get pedicures

I visited this place for the first time today based on it’s close location to my home and the 5 star review it had received on google. My experience was anything but 5 Star. The service I received was ok...I mean, they spoke and asked me to choose a nail color...ya know...the very basic customer service.
I then asked if they were able to do nail designs. My technician said they did and all I had to do was choose any design from my phone. Well, he began working on my nails...and when it was time for the design part, he passed me to another technician who would do my design. This technician was already working with a customer so I had to wait until she was finished with this customer before she could help me (small inconvenience but still an inconvenience since I was the first customer in the store). Well, when it was finally my turn, I showed the technician the design of my choice. She said she was not able to do it. I showed her another and she was not able to do that one either. I asked her what designs did she know how to do and she said she could only design a flower 👀👀 (very different than what I was initially told). She then stated that no other nail salons in the area could do designs either. I assured her that she was incorrect about that information because I have gotten designs before from nail salons in the area...I just tried this location because of the close location to my home and the excellent 5 star reviews... Well, ultimately I ended up just getting a solid nail color. I asked my original technician who the manager was and to my surprise he said HE was the manager (yeah, the one who initially said just choose any design in your phone and we’ll be able to do it for you). I told him that it was misleading to state that they could create any design that’s on the internet, when in actuality, the one person who can actually create a design can only design a flower. If I had known this from the beginning I would have gone to a different nail salon that could provide the services I desired (just that simple). The manager had no response...no apology...no explanation... He looked as blank as the design on my nails 😶...
But I will say that the solid color I chose was gorgeous. I’ll get it again someday...at another location of course.

I've been going to Spa Nails for years, have never had a bad experience, and their manicures last me for weeks. I drive 30 minutes to get there and pass dozens of other salons along the way. I refuse to go anywhere else. They are the best!
